Job Description

• Gain experience and perspective by working across the departments of the organization, such as maintenance, production, purchasing, customer services, sales and marketing.
• Collaborating with unit heads to plan the work output for the department
• Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used, to be effective within each department

Requirements

• Graduates of chemical engineering, Trade Test 1-3 and Artisans skilled in welding, machinists, woodwork finishing,etc.

• Positive attitude to learning
• Problem-solving
• Communication (oral and verbal)
• Commercial acumen.
• Detail oriented
• Leadership skills and qualities
