Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Company Limited (SEEPCO) is an indigenous company that ventured into Exploration and Production (E&P) business in the year 2005. SEEPCO participated in the 2005 bid round held by Department of Petroleum Resoucres (DPR) and was successful with license OML 143 (formerly OPL 280).

We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice,data,video and wireless network services.
• Design and deploy company LANs, WANs and wireless networks including routers, switches and other hardware
• Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware software and peripheral devices
• Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.

Requirements

• 7-10 years experience.
• Am ability to learn new technologies quickly
• CCNA/CCNP certified
• ITIL preferred.
• Proficiency in network technologies
• Proficiency in configuring network devices
• Strong knowledge or networking principles, protocols and technologies (TVP/IP, BGP, PSPF, VLAN, MPLs etc)
