1004 HORA is an association of home owners and residents of 1004 Estate, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. The estate was originally owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria. In 2004, it was sold to 1004 Estates Limited, the special purpose vehicle incorporated by Union Homes Limited (Union Homes) and UPDC Plc (UPDC) for the purpose of facilitating the sale as part of the privatisation program of the Federal Government of Nigeria. 1004 Home Owners and Residents Association (HORA) is recruiting to fill the position below in our secretariat : Job Title: Help Desk/Customer Service Representative Location: Lagos Job Description/Requirements

• To man and Support the 1004 helpdesk.
• 1-2 years experience in similar role required.

• To handle accounting tasks related to HORA secretariat operations,
• 1-2 years experience in similar role required.

• To assist Operations Manager to monitor operations and activities of service providers in the estate.
• 3 - 5 years experience in similar role required.

• To perform an internal audit function for all operational aspects of the secretariat and that of the service providers in the estate.
• 3-7 years experience in similar role required.
