Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Managing Director (MD)

Job Description

• They are currently in need of an Operations Manager. S / he would oversee my client’s operational process to ensure proper service delivery to their customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing the booking process for all appointments and assigning to the right Beautician using our management information system.
• Ensuring beauticians deliver excellent quality service to all our clients.
• Responsible for hiring and overseeing the performance of beauticians.
• Answering and resolving any issues clients may have via our live chat system.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree or HND in any field.
• Must be resident on the Island axis (Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ajah)
• Good attitude towards work.
• Proactive and able to multitask.
• Good IT / computer knowledge
• Experience using Microsoft Excel effectively.
• Attention to detail is a must
• Experience working with booking systems is a plus.
• Experience working with or training beauticians (Masseuse, body enhancement therapists, nails technician, eyelash therapist, hairstylist).
