We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Tittle: Operations Manager

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Assist in running the school in an effective manner.
• Monitor student fees, dues and attendance.
• Maintain database relating to students and their academic progress.
• Implement safety procedures in school premises.
• Ensure compliance of school guidelines, principles, laws, and rules.
• Coordinate all administrative processes including budgets, policies, and events
• Resolving conflicts or other issues as they occur.
• Organize and control inventory controls of educational material, tools, and kits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless outcomes of internal and external events
• Support teaching staff in providing simulative learning
• Communicate students academic and social performances are communicated to their parents and guardians as and when required

Requirements
Requirements and skills:

• Degree in Education or similar field; post-graduate degree is a plus
• 6 to 8 years of work experience in similar capacity
• Attention to detail, Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Preferably a Female for gender balance.
• Experience as an educator is a plus
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).and education management systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
