Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary

Responsible for preparing all Pastry items for the cafe
Responsible for baking cakes and other deserts
Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes
Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum of SSCE certificate
Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred
5 - 10 years’ experience as PastryChef
Must be able to read and write in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and process management skills.
