Emergency Response Africa (ERA) is a healthcare technology company that provides medical care to victims at the scene of the emergency and facilitates access to advanced hospital care.
By combining emergency response training with intelligent dispatch and communications technology and alternative medical transportation, we are creating a sustainable and scalable solution to the lack of emergency medical services in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Intern

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in HealthTech and digital products.
• At least one experience working on a real product, a team project, or a personal initiative that has gone through:
  • The design phase
  • Some level of engineering implementation
• Experience in writing a PRD or FRD—not just managing Jira tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product development processes.
• Understanding of market research, customer analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and documentation.
• Has mapped out at least one user flow, whether for a personal project, a team assignment, or a real-world product.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
