They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

• Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Developing product pricing and positioning strategies
• Driving product launches by partnering with product management teams, public relations team, executives, brands, and influencers
• Evaluating promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Acting as a product evangelist to build product awareness, understanding and growth
• Representing the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact
• Working closely with engineering teams to deliver products with quick time-to-market and optimize available resources

Requirements and skills

• A minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field or discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager
• A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Stakeholder management skills
• Team Leadership skills
• Strategic Planning
• Ability to use project managementTools (Jira, Trello, Notion, etc)
• Good understanding of Figma
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong Analytical skills

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
