Olam Sanyo Foods Limited was a Nigerian joint venture between Olam International and Sanyo Foods Co. Limited, formed to manufacture and distribute instant noodles and other packaged food products across Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. The partnership combined Olam's extensive distribution network in Africa with Sanyo Foods' expertise in noodle technology and manufacturing. The company was a significant player in the Nigerian instant noodles market, known for its "Cherie" brand, which included products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Line Supervisor

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• The qualified line supervisor in a noodles company oversees daily noodle production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety by managing staff, monitoring equipment, maintaining production targets, and troubleshooting issues, all while acting as a communication bridge between management and the production team.
• Key responsibilities include training, scheduling, reporting, ensuring compliance with SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification in a Science / Technical field.
• Must be permanently residing near Apapa environs (Ajegunle, Apapa, Orile, Surulere, Mushin and Amuwo Odofin).
• Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Must be less than 37 years of age at 30/09/25.
• Minimum 3 years production / maintenance supervisory experience in FMCG industry.
• Must have sound understanding of CLIT, Maintenance and GMP.

Salary
N150,000 - N220,000 / Month.
