Next Gear Homes Limited is one of the fastest growing real estate firms in Nigeria with offices in Lagos, Kogi, Ibadan, Ilorin and her head office in Abuja. Our goal as a company is to create smart homes with the use of the best technologies; while offering land banking investment services and building affordable luxury homes.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Define clear project goals and success criteria.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing guidance to ensure effective collaboration and performance. Foster a positive team environment and resolve conflicts as needed.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation. Ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining financial constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or budget, and implement contingency plans as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other relevant records.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners. Address concerns, gather feedback, and manage expectations to ensure overall project satisfaction.
  • COREN Certification and othersis an added advantage.
  • Communication: Maintain open and consistent communication with stakeholders, team members, and management. Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables. Conduct thorough reviews to ensure that the project meets all requirements and adheres to established guidelines.
  • Scope Management: Monitor project scope and manage any changes or deviations from the original plan. Ensure that scope changes are documented, evaluated, and approved by relevant stakeholders.
  • Schedule Adherence: Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones. Take proactive measures to address delays and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N200,000 Monthly (Competitive Salary + Commissions).
