Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Summary

• To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor who will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet established quality standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise quality control processes across production lines to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation for quality issues.
• Train and guide production staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Prepare accurate reports on quality performance and recommend improvement measures.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to ISO, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Develop, review, and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and audits of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance/quality control within a manufacturing environment (foam, chemical, or related industry experience is an advantage).
