We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements
We currently have an opening for the position of a Quantity Surveyor, who should possess the following minimum requirements:

• B.Sc / HND in Quantity Surveying with the ability to carry out construction cost estimates without supervision.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and other project management software
• Ability to organise the division of the project into its component work packages
• Must be able to travel at short notice
• Must be conversant with BPP requirements for bidding processes
• Ability to organise and submit bids without supervision.
• Very good command of English language for site report writing
• Ability to keep a close eye on contractual relationships and construction finances

Other Considerations that are not a requirement:

• Prior experiences working on sites is an added advantage.

Salary
N50,000 - N150,000 / month.
