Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to oversee cost management, project planning, and execution from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
• Manage procurement processes, tender evaluations, and contract administration.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Manage variations, claims, and change orders in line with contract terms.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and issue regular project reports.
• Oversee final accounts, project handover, and post-completion defect rectification.
• Track and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, a Master's Degree, BSc with 5 - 7 years of work experience. 

Salary
N200,000 / month.
