Job Title: Technical Trainee

Location: Nationwide

Job Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainee to support our team with administrative and technical tasks.
• As a Trainee, you will be required to perform basic administrative tasks including filing, composing emails, printing documents, scheduling meetings, answering phones, and creating reports.
• You will also be required to provide basic technical assistance such as the setting up, delivering and conveyingof equipment to site, taking instructions from your instructor and abiding by the companies safety precautions , .
• To ensure success as a Trainee, you should have high-level administrative skills, technical training, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Ultimately, a top-class Trainee provides valuable and reliable support to the Dexter Engineering Services Team.

Duties

• Providing technical assistance with equipment operation.
• Answering telephones and taking messages.
• Printing and filing documents of proposals for projects
• Composing emails.
• Typing up reports for the company manager.
• Scheduling meetings.
• Cleaning of technical equipment and delivering them to site on time
• Setting equipment parameters
• Abiding by the companies safet procedures
• keeping records of our equipment suppliers and
• Taking instructions from the site supervisor.

Job Title: Sales Agent
Location: Nationwide
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

• We are looking for Sales agents who would be responsible for communicating the benefits our companies products and services in order to drive sales, our sales agents would serve as a point of contact between our business and its prospective clients and have a range of responsibilities which will include identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relateto the services and solutions we render.

Duties

• Endeavour to provide all the necessary information needed for the pursuant of new clientele opportunities
• follow up on customer orders as necessary
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• establish relationships with new customers
• anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
• meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
