YSP-EA Limited - Our client, a consumer finance company seeks to recruit young, intelligent, articulate and driven individuals for the position of Direct Sales Agents in Lagos.


 Job Description

    Create awareness for the Company’s’ loan products
    Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement
    Manage various documents for all sources effectively
    Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager
    Administer and ensure compliance to all sale objectives
    Manage the sales of the Company’s simple loan product in a professional manner
    Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues


Qualifications
 
    Minimum of HND and 0 – 2 years experience.
    Related experience in sales might be advantageous.
    Candidates must be resident in Lagos.
    Age: Not more than 30years

Skills and Traits
 
    Sound communication skills and strong sales drive
    Good interpersonal relations and ability to take initiative
    Computer and quantitative skills are required.
    Self motivated to achieve sales target

Remuneration
Fixed Salary of N 240,000 per annum plus percentage commission on amount of loans generated.
