Job Title: Quantity Surveyor, Audit & Compliance

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • The QS, Audit and Compliance Officer will be responsible for performing operational, fraud, and internal control audits.
  • The Auditor will assess internal risk, financial accuracy, compliance with regulations and improve internal control and governance processes.
  • Examine and assess the conformity and quality of the contractual documents and engineering detailed design for construction (works and supervision contracts).
  • Perform and execute detailed operational, financial, and compliance audits and reviews
  • Continuously evaluate and identify areas of loss, risk, inefficiency, and non-compliance.
  • Provide audit reports with recommendations to management on all audit assignments.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
  • At least 3 -5 years of working experience as an Auditor
  • Knowledge of principles, procedures, and techniques of auditing, accounting, and business operations
  • General professional experience in Quantity Surveying, contracts and claim management is an added advantage
  • Experience in basic accounting software applications and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)
  • Work experience in civil engineering construction
  • Very good report writing and negotiation Skills
  • Experience in audit of construction contracts is an important asset and added advantage
  • Applicants must reside in Abuja

Job Title: Online Sales Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing and directing online sales efforts to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Designing and recommending online sales programs and set short and long-term online sales strategies.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong online presence
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Work independently and take the lead, even when all of the pieces are not in place.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • A minimum of 3+ years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Job Title: Procurement Manager (Luxury Fashion Company)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Activate and lead sourcing strategies and processes
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively engage Business Partners to highlight potential use of diverse suppliers, identify savings opportunities, understand the requirements of the business, and support decision-making
  • Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company
  • Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing products and maintaining stock levels
  • Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
  • Work independently and take the lead, even when all of the pieces are not in place.
  • Oversee and manage the systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods
  • Prepare procurement reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
  • Experience with e-Sourcing tools is a plus

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
  • Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
  • Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
  • Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
  • Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners
  • Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of this company / division
  • Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan
  • Supervise employee performance toward improved efficiency with internal processes
  • Provide appropriate data analytics of sales and distributors etc. to appropriate management teams
  • Work with management team and assistant managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives
  • Create and maintain rolling 3-month sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans
  • Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development
  • Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
  • Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role

  • Proven ability with financial and budgetary processes will be preferred.
