Job Desription

• We are searching for a talented and smart individual with a passion for the ecommerce space to function in the capacity of a remote retail sales / customer service associate.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Reaching out to warm customer leads through cold calling and customer nurturing with the aim to increase basket size
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Push all successful orders to the processing team urgently
• Achieve agreed upon KPI and outcomes within schedule
• Upsell: Increase basket size by using solid arguments and in-depth product knowledge to convince prospective customers to adopt our other products usage

Professional Skills & Qualifications Required

• Candidates should possess FSLC, SSCE / GCE / NECO with 0-2 years work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Salary
N30,000 / Commission on deliverables
