Obaton Projects Limited is an emerging real estate company located in the heart of Lekki, Lagos. Services offered includes; Development, Sales and Rentals of property in and around Lekki.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Sales / Business Development Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Description

  • Generating qualified prospects using email,social media marketing,and networking.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly report.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
  • Experience: 0 - 2 years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must live around Lekki or environs.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
