Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Promote property listings to prospective buyers using various marketing techniques.

Property Management and Market Research:

• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors’ activities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with comprehensive information about the properties.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales and market trends.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Proven experience as a sales executive in the real estate sector or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property trends.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
