We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• You will handle all administrative jobs for key account in the Eastern Region.
• Ensure proper filing of all delivery documents for credit customers.
• Establish contacts with key account customers account payables for regular reconciliation.
• Interphase between service administrators and team to drive WIPs.
• Liaise with PCA and warehouse to ensure invoiced parts are collected or delivered within the acceptable timing.
• Follow up with PSSR to ensure prompt submission of invoices for key accounts.
• Follow up with PSSR renewal of expired CSAS.
• Carry out monthly branch product support debt analyses and highlight worst cases to the regional product sales manager and the management.
• Organize debtors’ meetings with the sales team on regular basis.
• Promptly alert and follow up with the sales team on overdue debtors.
• Coordinate departmental debt collection report for NGCC.
