Kasnoi luxury homes Limited is an independent real estate company located in Lekki, Lagos Nigeria. We offer a variety of state of the art house types, from apartments to terrace houses. We move swiftly from humble beginnings to become a fast rising player in the provision of deluxe and affordable homes in the industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Lakowe / Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company’s premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure
  • Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols
  • Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities
  • Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management.
  • Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an FSLC qualification with 1 - 4 years work experience.

Salary
N30,000 - N50,000 monthly.
