Job Title: Senior Associate, Strategy

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Strategy Associate who will be primarily involved in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of the strategy.
• The desired candidate must be able to think outside the box, brainstorm, research, analyse the given situation with the available information, and come up with the best solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creative process of crafting strategies from concept to completion.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
• Oversee client pitches and proposals.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience
• Must possess elevated soft skills that enable them to inspire creativity and work well with different proposals.
• Must have a strong understanding of industry trends and creative tools.
• The candidate must have stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving and
• project-management skills.
