We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

About the job

• Are you an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in JavaScript and PHP (or Spring Boot)? Do you enjoy building solutions that solve real business problems and scale in production?
• If you’re not already confident with React.js, Laravel, MySQL/MongoDB, and scalable architecture, this role is not for you.
• But if you’ve been in the trenches—deploying real systems, working with cross-functional teams, and writing well-documented, production-grade code—we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using JavaScript and PHP (or Spring Boot)
• Optimize backend and frontend components for speed, scalability, and security
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentorship where appropriate
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver user-centric solutions
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code

Our Tech Stack
Frontend:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• React.js, Next.js
• Tailwind CSS, Mantine UI, Redux

Backend:

• PHP (Laravel) or Spring Boot
• MySQL, MongoDB

What You Must Bring

• 3+ years of full-time experience in full stack development
• A systems mindset—you think beyond code and understand scale, performance, and usability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter attitude with high accountability
• Proven projects using React.js, Laravel, and database systems
• Experience with clean code principles and documenting your work

Please Do Not Apply If You:

• Have never worked with React or Laravel in a real-world setting
• Are only familiar with the tools through courses or tutorials
• Cannot work from Lagos at least part of the week
• Are looking for a junior-level position or internship
