Shift Manager at Tomato Jos Farming and Processing Limited

Tomato Jos is a private equity-backed, fast-growing social enterprise located in Kaduna, Nigeria, that believes in the power of local production for local consumption. Our company aims to supply 10% of the processed tomato market in Nigeria within the next 5 years. We source tomatoes from smallholder farmers within our network and make high-quality branded consumer products for Nigeria and West Africa. We operate a 500Ha commercial farm, run a successful smallholder program with over 500 farmers, and have a tomato processing facility.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shift Manager

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Mission and Long-Term Goal

• To Manage Tomato Jos brands and communication, collaborating with other functions and stakeholders to build Tomato Jos brand equity (Product and company) and Tomato Jos market share to 15% in the Nigerian Tomato paste category.

Requirements

• BSc /HND in food science and Technology, Chemical engineering and any other related course.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP.
• Hanson's experience with Tubular heat exchange pasteurizer.
• More than five years of relevant (2 years in a supervisory role) working experience in shift management in the manufacturing setting in the FMCG industry
