Sterling Homes Limited is a Real Estate firm incorporated in 2010 to provide housing solution with convenient acquisition plans. Our properties are spread in Lagos and Abuja and we offer affordable prices to our expanding clientele. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Client Acquisition and Retention Officer Location: Lagos Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients/prospects for business growth
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Generate leads to the sales team.
  • Understand prospect needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs
  • Provide client support and handle client communications effectively
  • Generate new clients to achieve and drive sales
Requirements
  • Must have 1 year working experience as sales/client relationship with tracking record
  • OND/NCE/B.Sc/M.Sc holders should apply
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must have flair for marketing
  • Must have sales experience
