We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Keeper

Location: Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To ensure the maintenance of accurate record of movement of stock in the stores.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock report to the Accountant.
• Ensure that bin cards are maintained and posting done immediately goods are issued.
• Supervise all other subordinates.
• Monthly stock counts and reconciliation.
• Issuance of stock to the bar, restaurants, engineering, environmental etc. on approved requisition.
• Maintain records for quantity issues and purchased and analyzed.
• Recovery of empties daily and monitoring of bar and restaurant stock.
• Supervise the posting of vouchers into the store ledger.
• Ensure that adequate records are kept in all the stores location for receipts and issue of stock.
• Prepare detailed analysis of stock shortage/surplus to the Accountant.
• Ensure that goods received are in good condition.
• Ensure the store environment is kept clean at all times.
• Perform all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Must possess OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree.
• Must have at least 2 years relevant work experience.
