We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor, Catering Services

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate catering staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Oversee menu planning, food quality, and presentation to meet organizational standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare and submit reports on catering activities, costs, and service quality.
• Monitor compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control for catering operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Catering, Hospitality Management, Food & Nutrition, or related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in catering services supervision (industrial catering, hotels, or corporate organizations preferred).
