Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Lagos (Fully Onsite)

Responsibilities

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for Identifying, attracting, and sourcing top-tier talent within the engineering, procurement, and construction fields.

Duties
Your primary duties will include:

• Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Conducting interviews and assessments of potential candidates.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Building a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• 8+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Expertise in recruiting for roles within EPC field
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
