JOB TITLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Devising and maintaining office system, including data mangement and filling.
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, screening phone call, enquires and requests and handling them when appropriate.
producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentation.
Organising and attending meetings and ensuring  the manager is well prepared.
Liasing with parents, visitors and all staff.
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Dealing with incoming mails, faxes, and posts, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
REQUIREMENTS:
A University degree
