Newedge Finance Limited - We are a Fin-tech organisation that renders financial services majorly in term of loan to the public. Some of our products are palmcredit, Newcredit, Easybuy etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Representative
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Meeting sales quotas
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products

Job Responsibilities

• Applicants must have B.sc or HND
• Minimum of 6months experience in a Telesales role
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
