We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Territorial Sales Manager

Locations: Abia, Ebonyi and Enugu

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow market share.
• Manage orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
• Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to support sales goals.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate your sales team to deliver results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
• Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience in FMCG (water/beverages preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
