We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training and Research Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Carry out daily research on all areas of human endeavours
• Make a weekly presentation of research findings.
• Document and submit the research works and findings to the Management on a weekly basis
• Regularly develop Training and Consultancy Services proposals as may be dictated by market needs and management requirements.
• Regularly package quality and competitive technical and financial proposals
• Provide regular technical support to the marketing unit in the marketing of proposals and services of the school.
• Defend and justify developed proposals before clients.
• Regularly generate data to complement proposals being developed
• Regularly and timely respond to “Expression of Interest” and “Request for Proposals” from clients.

Requirements

• BSc Degree in any of the following disciplines - Social Sciences / Engineering / Humanity or Education.
• 2 - 6 years relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in the use and deployment of relevant ICT applications.
• Proven capacity for goal getting and target delivery.
• Flair for research work and must possess sound presentation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
