We're looking for enthusiastic ushers to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time at our entertainment venue.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Guide patrons to their seats and provide information about the venue.
Monitor and maintain a clean and organized seating area.
Assist with crowd control and ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.
