We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions across Telecom Domain Management Systems and Cloud based solutions for the customers.
In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

Responsibilities

Provide feedback to Research & Development
Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solution, across OSS and Cloud domains
Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
Support deployment of solution

Key Qualifications

Area of expertise – Telecom Domain Management Systems; Performance management systems, Service Orchestration platforms, Scripting and Reports Development. End to End Domain knowledge across Telco OSS (Operation Support System), Core and Cloud Solutions would be a major advantage.
Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g. experience from work as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer
Education: B.Sc. or HND in Electrical/Electronics/Software/Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Masters degree will be desirable
Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in OSS (Operation Support System) /BSS (Business support system) Systems Administration, OSS/BSS Systems Design, Installation and Support
