We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: IT Support Officer Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Job type: Full-time Job Descriptions Some responsibilities of the role include:

• Providing technical support across the company this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technologies
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

• Be a technical and logical thinker
• Have great problem-solving skills
• Be proactive
• Not be older than 25years old.
