We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Officer - Entry Level

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day accounting activities by maintaining accurate financial records and posting all transactions into the accounting system for review and preparation of financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts.
• Identifying and resolving errors in financial records.
• Billing of invoices for customers
• Confirmation of customer payments
• Prepare invoices for approval.
• Accurate recording of financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Ensuring financial records comply with regulatory standards.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
• Other tasks assigned that are relevant to this position.

Requirements

• HND / BSC in Accounting
• 0 - 2 years of experience in Accounting
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• A Self-Starter, with a Continuous Learning Mindset
• Proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos
• Proficient in the use of accounting software
• Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
• Recent Graduates are Encouraged to Apply.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
