Job Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator

Job Description

• Champion Breweries Plc is seeking to engage the services of a highly motivated professional as an Accounts Receivable Administrator in the Finance & Strategic Planning Department.
• The position is responsible for timely posting of Delivery Return Notes (DRN), generating and sending out customers' statements, circularization of available credit limit reports, posting of the manual journal, and reporting on Accounts receivable ageing.

Key Responsibilities

• Posting of Scrap, spent grains and other income items
• Preparation and circularization of Accounts receivable ageing report
• Embeds a process improvement culture. drives process and control improvement. and realizes the benefits.
• Posting of manual journals
• Other tasks as assigned
• Preparation and circulation of the available credit balance report

Reporting Line:

• The Accounts Receivable Administrator will report to the Accounts & Reporting Manager

Qualifications & Competency

• Minimum of HND or BSc in Accounting, Banking & Finance. Business Administration and related fields
• Membership of recognised professional bodies will be an added advantage
• 0 - 2 years in the FMCG industry is preferred

Required skills & competency:

• Experience in coordinating the reporting activities
• Foster effective working relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively, Presentation & Influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator at all levels
• Ability to use SAP ERP is an added advantage.
• Mastery of managing and analysing complex data.
• Ability to function as a team leader.
• With excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter attitude with a sense of ownership and accountability.
