Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager

Location: Anthony Village, Lagos

Job Description

• The assistant manager finance is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the finance team, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, managing financial operations, and maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• The role involves providing leadership to junior finance staff, driving process improvements, and supporting the Finance Manager in achieving departmental goals. 
• The assistant manager will also play a key role in ensuring the company’s financial health through effective management of accounting processes and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correctness of all General ledgers
• Supervision of customers receipt and ensure collectionsare according to SLA timeline.
• Ensure the corrections of all reports (Monthly and weekly)
• Timeline submission of report
• Perform month end closure activity.
• prepare and perform check runs
• Ensure 100% Statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Engagement with external and internal audit activities.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Maintain accurate historical records by verifying all payment supportive documents on Bitrix.
• Ensure Statutory and regulatory compliance
• Prepare supplementary reports when required.
• Ensure correctness of monthly bank reconciliation for FM sign off
• Prepare cashflow projections for business plan and other projects.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as required
• Ensure OLA are complied with.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification, Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 8 years of experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
