Job Title: Beverage Manager 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the entire food service operation, including the restaurant, bars, and other facilities, ensuring an excellent member and guest experience.
• This role involves managing staff recruitment and training, developing profitability, controlling the operating budget, managing purchases, and collaborating with the Executive Chef and General Manager on menu creation and pricing.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies

• Degree/certification/training in food & beverage/hospitality management preferred.
• Minimum of year eight (8) years experience in a similar role.
• Passion for food and wines.
• Advanced food hygiene qualification.
• IT proficiency.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Strong background in fine dining.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Events background is an advantage.
