We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business and Quality Control Lead

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the teams.
• Implementing strategies to improve the standard operating processes and ensure higher-quality service delivery.
• Ensuring that Consumables are sourced, delived to site timely and used approprately on site.
• Ensuring that staff on site comply with oprational policies.
• Conducting regular quality control site inspections.
• Keeping accurate documentation of quality control records and performing period performance apprisal for site staff.

Requirements / Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in business-based programs.
• At least 4 years experience in quality control, business relationship management and quality assurance role.
• Experience in the Cleaning Sector may be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Strong knowledge of people management methods.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Good reporting skills.
