Job Description

• The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Create and present business proposals to prospective clients.
• Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build connections and promote the company.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
• Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promote new products/services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Travel & Tour/International education Industry would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Strong project management skills.
