Job Description

• We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and create new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Identify and establish partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, and delivery platforms.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Oversee social media and digital marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential partners and vendors.
• Lead marketing initiatives, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize business strategies.
• Manage online and offline sales channels, ensuring maximum profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, sales analytics, and customer acquisition strategies.
