We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: City Sales Manager

Locations: Ikot Ekpene, Eket / Ibeno, Abak - Uyo, Akwa Ibom; Aba Road, Onne, Rumumasi, Trans Amadi, Eneka Igwuruta, Rumuji - Port Harcourt, Rivers; Uwvie, Udu, Effurun - Warri; Ughelli, Asaba, Agbor - Asaba, Delta; Owerri Oru East, Mbano, Okigwe, Ohaji / Egbema - Imo; Onitsha, Nnewi & Awka - Anambra
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential Key Merchant Businesses in assigned business districts/States.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand Merchant needs and trends.
• Provide excellent first level customer service and support.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and product delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Merchants in the assigned Business districts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Key Merchant Acquiring Business.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
