Job Summary
- As a Commercial Executive, you will independently lead collaborations with sellers and business stakeholders to meet revenue targets.
- You will utilize critical resources and engage in strategic conversations to align commercial strategies with customer needs.
- You will lead strategic collaborations, drive revenue growth, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Your role will involve deep engagement with stakeholders, leveraging advanced knowledge of sales strategies, and fostering strong partnerships to achieve business goals.
- Your role involves proactive engagement in planning and executing strategies with partners, driving accountability, and resolving cross-functional issues.
Responsibilities
- Deep Proactive Engagement: Lead collaborations, leverage resources, and drive strategic conversations internally and externally.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities, secure upsells, and create customer-centric offers.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Drive adherence to commercial solutions policy, assess and escalate risks, and serve as a trusted advisor on compliance.
- Negotiation Leadership: Partner with leaders to negotiate complex commercial terms and drive accountability for negotiation outcomes.
- Strategic Selling: Develop pricing scenarios, conduct competitive analysis, and act as a trusted advisor in the sales process.
- Sales Process Optimization: Lead sales and management teams, craft deals, handle objections, and develop deal strategies.
Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of sales and negotiation experience (essential)
- Or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or related field) and 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience
- OR equivalent experience
Preferred:
- 9+ years of sales and negotiation experience
- Or Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of sales and negotiation experience
- Or Master's Degree and 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience
- Or equivalent experience
Skills & Capabilities:
- Communicating with Impact: Conflict resolution, oral and written communication, presentations, technical communication.
- Optimizing Account Operations: Account management, compliance management, decision making, sales strategy.
- Selling Solutions: Consultative selling, deal and contract negotiation, problem solving, technical sales.
