Swiss International D'Palms Airport Hotels - We are a boutique style luxury property located in the heart of the city of Lagos, Nigeria. We offer 112 exclusive and affordable luxury rooms and suites to our distinguished guests.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 


Job Title: Cook

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Cook food in various utensils or grillers
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
  • Check food while cooking to stir or turn
  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

Job Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE or OND with 3-8 years work experience.
