Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Locations: Victoria Island and Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our retail pharmacy store as a Customer Service Representative.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, attending to in-store and online customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. To be eligible for immediate employment, candidates must reside in or around Victoria Island and Lekki.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution of online issues.
  • Actively promote store products and ongoing promotions.
  • Participate in the execution of in-store events and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
  • Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a welcoming and tidy store environment.
  • Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in any relevant field.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 9 pm, and alternate weekends from 9 am to 9 pm.
  • Must be ready to stand for extended periods and attend to customer needs efficiently.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Reside in or around Victoria Island, Surulere, Yaba, Bariga, Obalende, and Lekki.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and alternate weekends.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
