We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-payment / Wallet Accountant

Location: Alagomeji, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of e-wallet transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payment processing activities.
• Managing and tracking e-wallet balances and transactions
• Processing refunds and chargebacks
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as IT and finance
• Providing training and support for e-wallet systems
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the e-payment and digital wallet services.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the e-payment and digital wallet business lines.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly financial statements, reports, and analytics for the e-payment and digital wallet operations.
• Work closely with the product, operations, and compliance teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Implementing and updating e-wallet systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, & e-wallet accounting & management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability skills.
• Professional certification such as CPA , CMA is a key requirement.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in e-wallet software and systems
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
