We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Engineer
Locations: Kano and Edo
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Installation of WI-FIdevices (Radio,AirFibre etc) using line-of-sight technology.
• Trouble shooting of WI-FI devices.
• Basic Networking.
• Working with field engineers to visit customers / employees if the problem is more serious.
• Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
• Updating self-help documents so customers / employees can try to fix problems.
• Working with customers / employees to identify computer problems and advise on the solution.
• Logging and keeping records of customer / employee queries.
• Analysing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems.

Requirements

• Candidates Must hold a minimum of HND / B.Sc
• 0 - 2 years of work experience.

Salary
N50,000 monthly
