Job Title: Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We're seeking driven and persuasive Sales Executives to join our high-impact pilot team. Your mission: drive immediate revenue by closing 3–5 sales of our premium power products within 30 days.
• This is a performance-focused role with a direct path to long-term employment, commission bonuses, and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential customers in Lagos (estates, SMEs, hospitals, hotels, industrial clients)
• Maintain accurate lead reports and submit daily updates
• Work with the marketing team to align messaging
• Close 3–5 deals in 30 days
• Present and pitch Star Electric Global's premium backup power products confidently
• Distribute and follow up on sales flyers, proposals, and presentations

Targets

• Generate 100 qualified leads
• Book at least 15 in-person or virtual sales meetings
• Close minimum 3 sales by end of month

Requirements

• Strong persuasive and communication skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly professional
• Must be based in Lagos and ready to move on leads fast.
• Previous experience in B2B, real estate, or high-ticket product sales is a plus
• Confident in presenting solutions to decision-makers
