Job Description / Responsibilities

• Front Desk Officers is responsible for guiding guests
• Maintaining security [Protocols],
• Welcoming guests, Issuing visitor badges,
• Maintaining the reception area clean and organized,
• Receiving shipments,
• Updating records and files,
• Maintaining schedules,
• Making travel arrangements.
• Taking phone calls,
• Sorting correspondence,
• Answering client inquiries,
• Ordering office supplies,

Requirements

• OND qualification.
• 2 - 4 years Experience.
